Return and Exchange Policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. Email us within 48 hours to make an application of return. Emails received after 48 hours will not be taken into consideration. We will contact you within 24 hours.
Please email us with photos of merchandise for our reference.
Before returning, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent.
Before shipping back, please email us to confirm our shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Merchandise must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging postmarked within 5 days of original order. We will only consider returns if bundles remain untied and unused.
Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping, handling, insurance cost, and $50 restocking fee will be at the customers expense. (Restocking fee may be waived at our discretion)
IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to you.
Terms of Payment
Our terms of payment require complete payment in advance before your order will be shipped out. There are no exceptions. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order online. If you made a Paypal payment , then your funds will be debited immediately.
